The company was founded in 1958 by Saad Al-Meshri. We are one of the largest and oldest business conglomerates in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Founded by late Mr. Saad Al-Meshri, the company has grown steadfastly and conscientiously over the last 60 years with the guiding principles of commitment, care and vision with a genuine concern for the community.

HISTORY IN THE MAKING
The company was founded in 1958 by Saad Al-Meshri. The founder established a small enterprise where they use to sell all kind of spare parts for automotive. Then began to expand the business and concentrated more into the Mercedes kind then after wards Volvo and MAN. The enterprise continued to develop a new business, and in 1991 the name M.S. Al-Meshri & Bros Co. Ltd. Came into existence after the passing away of the founder.
The company then started to concentrate in developing the core business of the company, Spare parts, Transportation, gas stations and maintenance services and today we are one of the biggest companies in Saudi Arabia in our fields.
شركة محمد سعد المشري وإخوانه هي شركة ذات مسئولية محدودة وهي امتداد لمؤسسة المشري والتي تأسست في عام 1958م على يد المؤسس سعد بن سعيد المشري الحربي رحمه الله. كان نشاط المؤسسة في ذالك الوقت مقتصر على تجارة قطع الغيار لجميع السيارات المتواجدة في المملكة العربية السعودية في ذالك الحين، بعد ذألك توسعت المؤسسة في العمل في مجالات متعددة مثل النقل محطات الوقود وأعمال متفرقة اخرى. استمرت المؤسسة في تطوير هذه الاعمال والتوسع تحت قيادة المؤسس والبعض من أبنائه وفي عام 1991م وبعد انتقال المؤسس الى رحمة الله انتقلت مهام المؤسسة الى أبنائه وتم تغيير كيان المؤسسة الى شركة تضامنية ومن ثم الى شركة محمد سعد المشري وإخوانه المحدودة واستمرت الشركة بالتوسع في نفس المجالات التي تأسست عليه بالإضافة الى بعض المشاريع الاخرى.
